Victoria Young practices family law in both the Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts in Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Caroline, Stafford, and King George. She frequently represents clients in cases regarding divorce, separation and property settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, post-divorce disputes, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, guardianship and conservatorship, and domestic protective orders, among other areas. She has represented both members of the armed forces (retired and active duty), and their spouses regarding Military divorces, Military Retirement Orders, Retirement Benefit Court Orders, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders.

Victoria also focuses her practice in the area of adoption, and has handled numerous cases, including but not limited to domestic adoptions, re-adoptions for internationally adopted children, adult adoptions, step-parent adoptions, relative adoptions, and same sex couple adoptions. Additionally, Victoria is a Guardian ad litem for children in the local courts and has represented the best interests of children in custody and visitation disputes, as well as protective orders, Child in Need of Services cases, and Child in Need of Supervision cases.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Victoria moved to Virginia after marrying her college sweet-heart, Matthew, and attended T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Victoria interned for the Honorable George Varoutsos in the Arlington Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court and the District Attorney's Office of Bradley County, Tennessee. Victoria also spent part of her legal education studying abroad at the University of Cambridge and interning for Sarah Tether, former Member of Parliament in London, England.

Victoria enjoys classic Hollywood movies, family game nights, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Miles. She and her family are very happy to call the greater Fredericksburg area their home.
